01 Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in restricted access to future consultations.

05 AI Assistant

06 Your Responsibilities

Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or third-party dependencies may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of TR InnovaTech.

07 Payments & Quotes

TR InnovaTech serves international clients across the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Pakistan.

• Payment terms, milestones, and scope are defined in your project proposal or contract
• Late payments may result in paused work until outstanding balances are settled
• Third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, hosting, domains, etc.) are billed separately unless included in your package

Project scope and investment levels are discussed during your free consultation and confirmed in a written proposal. We do not publish fixed price lists - every engagement is tailored to your market, goals, and requirements.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including text, graphics, logos, designs, and code - is the property of TR InnovaTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables is governed by the specific service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TR InnovaTech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in delivering services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TR InnovaTech and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TR InnovaTech for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
